Had a bad experience, the receptionists are very incompetent, I went in for my consultation to begin my Invisalign journey and the doctor told me he could begin the 3D scans that same day which would take about two hours, the older lady that works at the front desk was instructed to explain to us how the payments worked, which she did a very poor job at she told us one thing first and then kept changing her answer, she has very poor communication skills, she then told me to come back at three to do the 3D scans because they had other clients waiting, I left the office at about 12:45 PM and stayed around the area because I live far, when I finally came back at 3 PM the doctor was already leaving and the lady at the front desk once again failed at explaining the payment methods, and seemed to get frustrated and angry with us when we told her we didn't understand what she was trying to say and told us that we would have to schedule another consultation for the 3D scans. After wasting my whole day waiting for her to tell me the same thing she had told me three hours prior and then telling me I would have to come back to actually do the scans, I left very frustrated and disappointed, this place is completely unprofessional and after reading all the bad reviews I'm never coming back to this place and would not recommend to anyone.
