Healthy and sparkling teeth are one of the biggest blessings of God. They not only add value in your personality but also perform the job of food chewing.   • Use of Wrong Brush

Sipping soda for many hours is another fatal habit of teeth decay as they are acidic in nature that chemically reacts with enamel weakening its bodily structure.

  • Grinding and Clenching

Some people grind their teeth while sleeping and this habit triggers teeth problems, headache and migraines. Bruxing is a dental term used for this habit in which the person exerts immense pressure on teeth while sleeping or even unconsciously awake.   • Excessive Mouth Dryness

Saliva is extremely important for teeth as it contains some minerals which ensure the protection of your teeth and prevent enamel damage. Dry mouth badly affect your teeth and multiplies the risks of bad breath, tooth decay, and enamel erosion. Moreover, the presence of saliva neutralizes acidity of the mouth that deteriorates enamel.

Small and unknowing habits shorten the life of your teeth and trigger severe pain and other medical problems. Avoid the excess use of coffee and soda drinks. Never use your teeth as a tool for ripping or tearing things apart.
