How to use: Extract 1 cup of 100% pure juice from Aloe Vera, and mix it with 2 tablespoons baking soda, ½ cup of distilled water, and up to 20 drops of peppermint essential oil. Then swish this solution for up to 30 seconds in your mouth and spit it out. You can repeat this process twice or thrice a day.

  •  Clove Oil

Clove contains a strong antiseptic and anesthetic chemical, Eugenol. It anesthetizes periferal nerves so you stop feeling the pain. Because of these features, Clove Oil has been used for thousands of years.

  • Garlic

Garlic cloves release allicin while being crushed. Allicin is a natural antibacterial agent that relieves your tooth pain. You can either chew raw garlic or rinse your teeth with garlic water to reduce pain.

  •  Baking Soda

Baking Soda helps you whiten your teeth. It can be used either with water or lemon juice. You can apply the mixture by using a toothbrush and just your fingers no more than twice a week.  

  • Salt Water Rinse

How to make Guava Leaf Mouthwash: Crush 5-6 tender guava leaves and add them in a cup of boiling water. Boil them for about 15 minutes and add some salt. Like other mouthwash solutions, swish it in your mouth for up to 30 seconds and spit it out.
